Our company was established in 1994 and has been providing property and building services since that time. Since then we have successfully completed many complex projects, including building, drainage, project management and house leveling.
To achieve our outstanding results, we work with specialist craftsmen who are amongst the best in Auckland. For many of our more complex projects we engage a building or roofing consultant to verify that the highest standard of workmanship and durability have been met.

About Garry
Former school principal bringing professional management to construction
Following a successful career in education and banking in Christchurch, Garry set up a national property management and development company. He then sold this to move to Auckland.
Garry’s work ethic has always been about excellence so it was second nature for him to apply his professional training to projects to ensure he delivers exemplary results for his clients.
Garry personally supervises each project to ensure that the highest standards are achieved. He is a member of the Roofing Association of New Zealand and a Licensed Building Practitioner.
